“If you want to book accommodation for your enemy, then here”
The staff was nice. And secure parking.
If you've always dreamed of staying in your own organic waste - congratulations, you're in the right place! Upon opening the room door, a scent hit us that is hard to describe - a masterful composition of damp cellar, mushroom colony, and neglected stalactite cave. Without a breathing mask, sleep was out of the question - we seriously wondered if there was a corpse walled up somewhere in the wall. The 'window' was non-existent - probably out of consideration for our lungs. Daylight would probably only offend the fluffy mold ceiling on the wall. The 'blanket' was a towel-sized textile fragment that had probably seen better decades. It wasn't quite clear if it was meant as a blanket, a doormat, or an archaeological find. The bathroom? A humiliating farce. No sink, no toilet paper, no chance to feel like a human being. It seemed as if someone had just held a hose in a cell and then called the whole thing a 'bathroom'. Three stars? This accommodation doesn't deserve any. Not even dust. The only stars I saw were the ones in front of my eyes as I tried to breathe in this air. This accommodation is not a disgrace - it's a warning. Conclusion: If you want to book accommodation for your enemy, then here. For everyone else: Run. Just run. But the innkeeper was super nice!
