“Excellent but a few remarks nonetheless.”
Very very satisfied with the staff, very smiley, helpful, they are people who work with their heart! The view was magnificent, the breakfast was okay. The domain is magnificent. A plus for the fact that several games were available (billiards, ping pong...). They have a good communication system via WhatsApp. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and well-maintained pool.
The first remark is the lack of consideration from the boss towards his employees. He calls them with finger snaps, "boy" or even shouting "staff" across the restaurant, it's a lack of respect and class. The villa looked great at first sight but once settled, we realized there was no curtain in the bathroom, we didn't feel safe about that. There are openings everywhere which allowed geckos and insects in the villa. We didn't use insecticide before sleeping which led to being heavily disturbed by mosquitoes that night. The Wi-Fi was not very efficient in the room.
