The location is very good, comfortable, air-conditioned room. It was basically clean and cleaned every day. Ellen, the owner, was very helpful in everything, we could rent bicycles and diving equipment from her. We could choose from a wide variety of breakfast options.
Most of the day there was no proper water pressure in the bathroom, so we couldn't really shower anytime, mostly just in the evening. This caused some inconvenience, but it's not the fault of the accommodation, supposedly the whole island has a water pressure problem.

Quiet place
With the kids, the location is not good, the hotel tries to make you comfortable, the location is not good for a large group like us traveling with kids and the room size is really small... only good for couples... the property is not that aesthetic, honestly we just moved to another hotel nearby the beach, we checked out on the first day.

Ellen was very kind.
Unfortunately, our experience at The Haven was not very good. The accommodation can only be reached on foot or by horse cart. If you don’t want to pay for a small horse to pull several people and their luggage in the heat, walking is basically the only option. We walked for around 25 minutes from the harbour, and because the road is very dusty, we arrived sweaty and covered in dust. Ellen was very kind. The room also looked clean when we arrived. However, after a while we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, then another one on the terrace, and later in the evening we found another cockroach next to our bed. This made us feel very uncomfortable. We also received complimentary water in a glass bottle. Ellen told us it was safe to drink, although it tasted a little salty. We decided not to drink it. In the end, we didn’t feel comfortable at the accommodation or on the island, especially because of the cockroaches, so we decided to leave earlier than planned (the day after arrival). Ellen herself was nice, but unfortunately, if we return to Indonesia, this is not a place we would choose to stay at again.

“Comfort and comfort”
The facilities, cleanliness, comfort, the pool, how well they treat you, the breakfast was also very good.
Sometimes a bit noisy which bothered for resting, the location is not perfect and although this does not depend on the accommodation, the street where it is located is very poorly lit and not paved, despite that it is a place I would return to.
