Unfortunately, my experience was not successful. After my reservation was canceled at the original hotel due to unavailability, an alternative hotel was provided for me, and indeed I went there, but unfortunately it was not up to the standard I expected and I did not like it. I had carefully chosen the original hotel and arranged my stay accordingly, so it was frustrating to be changed in the end to a place that was not suitable for me. I understand that circumstances can happen, but I had hoped that the alternative would be at the same level as the original hotel or better. Overall, the experience caused me a lot of inconvenience and disappointed my booking expectations
