Location and ease of checking in.
Seems like the unit was not clean prior to my stay. The floor made my feet soles all dirty. Sink, refrigerator and microwave had stains. And the airconditioner had water leak due to poor maintenance.

The check-in system did not work at night due to temporary difficulties, so there was a lot of uncertainty. Moreover, the instructions mentioned some fines if you take the key incorrectly, which was confusing.

A very clean and spacious property. The bed was SO comfortable and after travelling for 5 months, it was so nice to have comfort (the hot shower and TV with Netflix in front of the bed, we missed having a chilled TV day!). Location was in a very safe area with shops and laundry nearby.
It was quite hard to find, but this was not a problem as the staff were on WhatsApp helping.
