“Very Comfortable.”
Second time in Indonesia on various islands and this is the best hotel (price quality) we have stayed in. Beds, pillows, room and the staff all great. Also the rooms are very quiet. No traffic or sounds from mosques, a rare thing in Indonesia. And a big thank you to Ruth who solved the only problem we had (A.C In first room) quickly and with no fuss. Thank you Ruth.

A truly unique and exceptional experience! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and professionalism by the entire team. We arrived quite early, and despite the hour, the staff made the necessary arrangements to prepare our room quickly. We were even able to have it almost two hours before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after the journey. The room was impeccable, with an extremely comfortable bed and mattress. The amenities are extraordinary: everything is designed to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast is also exceptional, with a very rich and varied selection. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. A big thank you to the entire team for their welcome and excellent service. We will return with great pleasure!
