The place is beautiful, really spacious and it has that Bali special feeling that allows you to relax and enjoy. The internet/wifi was really good (like +100Mbps both download and upload). There were some issues with the booking and the cleaning and so they said they will refund me the last night and also offered me a discount because of the issues with the cleaning, which is really appreciated.

Close to beach and restaurants
No safe, old stained towels and bedding. Pool, steps and sides were green, which turned your daughters swim suits and hair green. Had to request clean towels after 5 days. One shower didn't work, after messaging the manager, no one came to fix. The house maid had a personal issue to deal with, we didn't feel comfortable with making her come to clean and expected management to cover her absence. However, we were told she would work, we were not comfortable with because of the seriousness of her issue. No compassion shown! The outside of the villa leading to the door was always covered in dog mess and ripped bin bags. In all, nice place but poorly managed.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and the beach is within easy reach. If these issues don’t bother you, I would still recommend staying here because the area is one of the best
The biggest issue was that there seems to be a problem with the sealing of the villa, as there were geckos and large lizards everywhere. I found them throughout the villa, including several times on or around the bed. I understand that wildlife is common in Bali, but the number and size of the lizards suggested they were getting inside too easily. The cleanliness could also be improved. The bed sheets looked worn, with stains and small tears, and they had an unpleasant smell. While the villa itself is lovely, I think these details take away from the overall experience, especially considering the price. With better cleaning and improved sealing to prevent the lizards from getting inside, this would be an outstanding place to stay

Everything about this stay was superlative. The cottage was so beautiful and the pool was lovely.
