Great location near Kelingking Beach and visits to the east and west parts of the island. Beautiful view from the room, nice pool although not very large. Well-equipped, large, and clean rooms. Didn't see any insects or clogged showers. The sun loungers are brand new and the breakfast was decent. The employee organized our outings well with a driver.
No on-site dining even though Kelingking Bar & Restaurant is only a 5-minute walk away. The offer is limited. The phone number on Booking is unreliable... very long response time and the driver we were waiting for at the port never came to pick us up. Trust the on-site employee more.

“Quiet and top-notch staff, but cleanliness could be much better and the ant problem needs to be addressed.”
The kindness of the staff, they go above and beyond for you such as transfers from the port to the hotel, scooter rental, the setting was also great and very calm.
The bathroom had a sewer and humidity smell, we had to air it out every time before entering because it was impossible to enter before that... there were also thousands of ants in the room, bathroom, terrace, at the pool we could hardly stay still as we were being bitten on the sun lounger...

Room was very nice, but the bathroom was inconvenient to use. The sink was very low (at my knees) and the lighting was poor. The pool and the sun loungers around the pool also looked bigger in the photos. There wasn't much space. Very nice view!

“Beautiful structure and pleasant location, but some services need improvement.”
The structure is very beautiful and located in a truly pleasant setting. The room was well-kept and cozy. The pool is also pleasant, although rather small.
However, there are some aspects to improve. The staff responds very slowly to messages and communication is not always immediate. Some poolside sun loungers were broken and need to be replaced. Breakfast, finally, was the most disappointing aspect of the stay: quality and offerings could definitely be improved.
