Super
We asked to let our laundry air dry after washing it, but we received the laundry two days later still wet and damaged. The prints on the T-shirts were crumbling, the laundry smelled like smoke, and there were still stains everywhere that I had to wash off by hand.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything, you can get massages at the villa and rent a scooter, as well as other activities they offer but we didn't do. The place is impressive, there are only three villas so most of the time you are practically alone in the pool. It's 20 minutes from Ubud center by Grab, although it depends on traffic.
The only thing to consider is that at night there were many stray dogs barking and waking us up every now and then. Also, there were quite a few mosquitoes and spiders in the room.

Owned by a nice, young couple, the property is by far the most professionally run property in Ubud. 3 detached villas, not exactly villa as we know it in Europe, but detached, not sharing walls, around a pool. All 3 rooms have their own separate kitchen. The owners' hands are always on the property. Cleaning, taking garbage is done professionally according to a strict schedule, which you'll not easily find around Ubud. Pool cleaning, gardening (by other staff) are also done very frequently. I mean, I was surprised. I asked the owner Kadek if they previously had any kind of background working in a hotel and he said no. He's running the property much more professionally than almost all hotels that I know. Bed is nice, furniture is nice, bathroom is nice with no off smell, water pressure is very good, which is rare in Ubud. The choice of soap dispensers, high wattage kettle, etc. make you think that yes, these young people put their hearts into this property. Both Kadek and his wife Wayan are really very kind people. Forget about entering the room, they're asking 'is it OK if I take your trash?' I mean, you understand? You'll not see these kinds of details in every single property. Just know that this property is not in Ubud center. I recommend.

Staff were very helpful. I liked that it was in a quiet place. The private kitchen facilities were great and there was a patio. Big bathroom, big room and big king bed. The location was okay, there are a few cafes and restaurants nearby but probably need to hire a scooter if there’s anywhere special you want to go. They supply tours, scooters, laundry service etc, and are very responsive to WhatsApp requests.
