The property is in need of maintenance, particularly the outdoor area— the pool tiles were broken and the water not very clean. The villa was clean overall but has areas needing attention.
Villa manager and driver are so kind and good people. Service from Putu was amazing, happy to help with any request.
Location is great. Close to restaurants and beach. All walking distance, and very convenient.
Installation was so old, needs to be fixed. Some rooms comfortable, but the upstairs room became stifling hot during the day.
Outdoor furniture was old, mouldy, and rusty. Pool amenities need attention for better quality.
Great value for money for a 3 Bedroom unit this close to the beach, despite some tired villa areas.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
With some care and attention, this villa has the potential to be a lovely place to stay but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Exceptional hosts, lovely villa and pool, within walking distance to Batu Bolong beach. While on a bustling strip of shops and cafes, it is set back from the road and lovely and peaceful.

All three rooms were easy to use and good. The pool was clean with circulating water.
It was disappointing that water leaked from the faucet in the bathroom of the bedroom leading to the main house, and the water flow from the dining faucet was too strong, so I temporarily improved it by wrapping tape around it and using it. The delivery bike had a hard time entering the villa as the road was dark and hard to find, so I think it would be improved by increasing the brightness of the lights and making the sign easier to see from a little further away.
