Location and facilities
Overall the house is poorly designed. The exterior curtains are rusty and do not come down, making the house very hot. A remote control for the AC in one room is missing. The walls are thin, so everything can be heard and seen from one room to another. The beds and bathroom doors are noisy. The pool does not have a skimmer, so the water is not cleaned, and there is no net to clean it from the bugs that fall constantly. The refrigerator does not close completely.

Away from the city noise
It seems that the decor needs some revision and especially the maintenance is catastrophic... a few euros spent and it could be much better! I specify that we are villa renters in Lombok. We left the establishment two nights before the end of the stay, see our small photo report: 01 a slightly rough wall, a plaster or something else would be more pleasant, 02 front door on the street, broken lock, 03 front door to the pool, broken lock, 04 front door on the street: a kick and you're in, 05 wall thickness with gap: hello privacy, 06 neon lighting a bit makeshift, 07 mosquito net repaired with plastic bag? 08 shower head in a sixties style, 09 no bathroom products: the bottles were empty when we arrived, 10 oh, a bedroom furniture: very nice! Be careful not to plug in your phone for the night, the socket does not work, 11 a marble is missing in the kitchen, 12 behind the scenes, 13 in case of fire, I don't count too much on this equipment, 14 don't look for storage furniture, there isn't any, 15 cleanliness or varnishing of the armrests to review, 16 the toilet paper holder is broken, put the roll wherever you can! 17 no spare keys with the cleaning lady, unheard of!

There was no breakfast.
My bedroom windows were smashed and boarded up with cardboard. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. The pool was only half full, so it was not deep enough for swimming. There were not enough cups for 5 people to have coffee. Only 2 cups were in the kitchen. There were dirty clothes left on the bathroom table from the previous person staying. The villa construction was not finished in the garden as the walls were not rendered or finished.

Lovely quiet and peaceful location, on the island, right next to a Mmart, and you can quickly get around the island by bike and electric scooter
The pool was dirty, and the bathrooms were not the cleanest
