The view is stunning and exceptional. Private access to the beach with an awesome sunset view.
The property is quite worn down and not in good conditions. It’s absolutely recommended to renovate and bring the house on a higher level to match the price.

Its a great property and a fantastic location. A great swimming / surf beach at your door, lots of options to eat out and drink close by. Easy access to Nusa Lembongan. Like Bali use to be ... quite / slow / not commercial ... if that's what you like. The real bonus is your local hosts - Dani and Sanur. They are fantastic. Professional, caring, friendly. They think ahead, anticipate what you might need, make sure everything is sorted out. Nothing too much trouble. And they do a great breakfast.
Communication via Booking.com with the AU based owner prior to arrival was clumsy and difficult, however once we met Dani on Nusa Ceningan everything worked like a dream. .. oh and - the main room is hot in the afternoon sun. The outdoor blinds need to be repaired. Also worth noting the Suku Beach club next door has the music going 10am till 9pm - wasn't too intrusive or a problem for us but worth knowing about

The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The view is unique, the most beautiful bay ever at Surfer Point. We would like to highlight Dani and her colleagues, who took care of us so warmly and attentively. They not only prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, but took care of everything - from our luggage to taxis and many valuable dining recommendations. We felt totally comfortable from the first minute and would have loved to stay longer. Our children also enjoyed the beautiful, relaxed atmosphere very much. The pool is fantastic, the peace and the view indescribable, plus almost a private beach right outside the door. A place we can recommend without reservation.
