Location, location, location! Can’t beat this! 10mins walk to all shops and restaurants/ warungs. 15min walk to Mano beach club, ku-de-ta and flea market. Had a great time. Villa is 1:1 per the pictures. Best beds are in the two room upstairs and best view from the room overlooking the pool. For the price we paid I give it a 10/10
Trash collection does not exist, it’s left outside. Not the villa’s fault, it is just bali things

This was the absolute BEST villa of the 3 we stayed at during our 2 week Bali trip, so much so we wish we stayed longer. We were able to get inside through a lockbox but the manager Juni arrived shortly after to greet us and check us in formally. He was always available via Whatsapp and the daily housekeeping was amazing and much appreciated. We never had to worry about towels. All three bedrooms had their own bathrooms, but the downstairs bedroom's bathroom was right outside the door. The room overlooking the pool was the absolute best, and the other upstairs room had a lower king bed and the best vanity lighting in that bathroom. The pool was the perfect temperature to swim in during the morning, afternoon, and nighttime. We rearranged the pool chairs and bean bags easily for optimal sun exposure. The living room area was super comfortable and cool even on hotter days because of the fan and shade. This is a perfect 10 villa, thank you so much, we will be back!!
The showerheads and sink nozzles in the bathrooms were a little outdated. They also have signs saying not to flush the toilet paper because of their tank system. If you're used to that then it's not an issue!

This Villa was amazing. So big and there is everything you need. Bedrooms are huge and all of them have own toilet. Pool was surprisingly big. Everyday staff asked at WhatsApp if we need anything, cleaning or what ever. Villa is also in very good location! Quiet but everything is super near. No need to always take a taxi and sit on the traffic, you can walk everywhere.

The villa is in a fantastic location which is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but really close walking distance to ‘Eat Street’ with plenty of options for good food (Estia, Sisterfields, BAKED. and Revolver to name a few), plus massages, convenience stores and more. The property was kept clean on a regular basis and plenty of filtered water supplied. If anything was needed, our host Juni, was on hand to assist us very quickly.
Nothing to fault for the price point. There is always a whiff of smoke or sewerage in the air, but that’s Bali in general. The kitchen could have done with a microwave or toaster oven, but it’s nothing major.
