Great positive points about the staff, extremely kind. The room and the pool are great, just missing a small space to work. The walk to Ubud is not ideal.

Very quiet accommodation, and very spacious rooms. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Lots of different services offered (motorbike rental, activities, etc.)

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful place near Ubud. It’s quiet, relaxing, and feels like a true escape from the busy areas. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, kind, and caring, and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The hospitality really made our stay special. And the breakfast was hearty, fresh, and delicious— the lovely chef even made a vegan option for my wife! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful place, great hospitality, and a warm, personal experience near Ubud. We would happily stay here again!

“False description and unprofessional, disrespectful and deceitful staff”

Thieves and liars!!!! Beware!!! The pictures and description are nothing like the reality!! They stole my money and insulted me!! I originally booked a room for 9 nights based on the description, and paid fully, but i was disappointed to find out the room is situated in the middle of the kitchen/common area, with no noise filtration, you could hear EVERYTHING, and have no privacy at all. When i complained to the manager, kadek, on WhatsApp, he told me that i should've booked a private villa if i wanted privacy (see screenshots). Shocked by this, i asked for a refund in order to leave but he insulted me and blocked me instead. The woman in charge of refunds, Fatina, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful, hanging up on me, not replying for hours, telling me to not text her in the evening and then telling me she was busy all evening with other guests ... and couldn't give me any real solution, just kept acting af is she didn't understand me and ignoring my request. The number of the property on booking.com was unreachable, and couldn't talk to anyone in a proper way to request the refund or find a suitable solution for me. I came all the way from morocco and have limited time and budget. In the following morning, i was woken up really early by loud noises from the kitchen, as i feared, then extremely loud noises from upstairs (furniture moving around), which i recorded on my phone as proof. Fatina kept dismissing my noise complaint and told me they agreed on a 50% refund, but the refund wasn't applied in reality because they refused my cancel request on booking.com and left me stuck, unable to ask for it again. They lied about giving me the refund so to get me out and keep the money from 9 nights.. thieves and liars! I have never been treated this badly by hospitality people, so unprofessional and disrespectful... what a scam! So, if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not it.
