“DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES”
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in Bali. I accidentally booked the wrong dates: instead of June 17th to June 24th, I selected July 17th to July 24th. A human error that anyone can make. However, what is truly unacceptable is how this was subsequently handled. I repeatedly tried to contact them to correct this, but no one answered and no effort was made to find a solution. You had over a month to resolve this properly, but chose to do nothing. They are thieves!!! As a result, I lost the full amount without any form of service, understanding, or help. This feels like pure fraud. People: absolutely do not book here. They are only after your money and do not care about their customers. Outrageous and untrustworthy.
