We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The location is excellent — quiet and peaceful, with no noise from motorbikes, while still being convenient for exploring Ubud. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We used this hotel as our 'base camp' during the days we were exploring Ubud and, without a doubt, its main strength is the location. It is on Jalan Bisma, a long but very pleasant street, with plenty of restaurants and places to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. In the evening, if you don't want to take the motorbike, you have many options that you can easily walk to. There is also a large supermarket nearby where you can find practically everything, and just outside the hotel area, there is a family-run laundry that we used during our stay and had an excellent experience with. To visit the main tourist spots in Ubud, although some are relatively close, we recommend renting a motorbike. Ubud Palace and Saraswati Temple can be reached on foot if you don't mind walking about 20-25 minutes, but to visit several places in the same day, the motorbike is much more comfortable. For example, Monkey Forest, from our location, was a much longer walk, about 50 minutes.
Apart from the location, the experience was quite disappointing. The room faced a field with cows and ducks, and the nighttime noise from one of them made rest very difficult. The cleanliness was superficial: the bathroom smelled musty, had poor ventilation, we found insects, and the sheets had stains. Additionally, the towels were too small and not changed; we had to ask several times for new towels (they were not for shower, they were hand and face size...). The included breakfast was very basic, with small portions and instant coffee, and upon arrival, we had to pay an additional fee not initially reflected on Booking, so we recommend reviewing the reservation conditions carefully. In conclusion, it is a good base due to its excellent location, but it should significantly improve cleanliness, maintenance, towels, and breakfast. The accumulation of these details made the experience fall below our expectations.

We really liked the good location and proximity to the center. The surroundings were still beautiful, even with the spa. Furthermore, the room service was very good. The room was well-equipped and had a nice balcony.
The bed sheets were somewhat dirty, and the shower was not fully secured. The door to the balcony was not completely closed, there was a gap between the door and the wall, allowing mosquitoes to enter. Additionally, we had the impression that the toilet had an unpleasant odor.
