“Very beautiful villa but presence of significant undisclosed construction works so disappointed”
Superb garden, the pool, very beautiful house
Lack of hot water, construction works in front of the villa (right next to it so facing each other), noise disturbances, visual disturbances (workers in front of the pool), presence of smoke (construction machinery) all of which particularly impacted our stay as not indicated in the listing. We are very disappointed because no compensation proposal from Booking after reporting this issue.

“Relaxing stay at beautiful villa”
The property is beautiful, with an amazing Garden and pool. Since it is not in the centre of Ubud, it is very quiet and in the middle of nature and rice fields. The Manager Wayan is super friendly and accommodated our every wish. It was also possible to have high quality massages on site.
There is a construction site right next to the pool. There is nothing the management can do about that and wasn’t very noisy, but it is something to be aware of. It didn’t bother us much and we would still come back any day.

“Great stay, peaceful location, perfect for multigenerational families.”
The entire property is very well kept, very clean and Wayan (property manager) was very attentive, responsive and helpful. The pool was amazing and kitchen very well equipped.
The road access to the villa is very narrow but I guess hard to change that.
