The villa is beautiful and modern designed, spacious, clean and cozy. The private pool is my favorite spot. The housekeeping team was kind, attentive, and make sure everything is perfect. Only 15 - 20 minutes to Ubud Central.

I had the worst experience ever at this property. It was very secluded and was almost a nightmare to find the property. The owner never picked up the call when we were trying to find the property. In the end had to ask for location to locate the property. The property was not clean as had webs on the bed, bedside and cupboards and bedsheet had stains. When complained they offered to clean but they only cleaned what was asked for. For 2 bedroom they only bought one bedsheet so we still had to sleep on the stained bedsheet. To avoid this property, we tried and stayed outside the property the whole day and only went to sleep. It was very open with lots of insects including ants, lizards on floor, cockroaches, birds etc. There was literally no privacy, the door was so little that anyone could jump in and the neighbours were so noisy that it was almost impossible for us to sleep. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Had our phone stolen while we were inside the property. Very poor security, the door doesn’t lock, unable to change the pin of the safe (which the owner knew), and had all our calls ignored when we tried to contact the owner.
