The staff
I woke up with a cockroach walking on my arm, there was hardly any water coming out of the sink, and the neighbors told us there was a rat in their room. We expected more because the price was higher than other hotels

The friendliness of all the staff and that they gave us water as the island in general was having problems with water supply. The bed was very comfortable and it is very close to the promenade to watch the sunset. There was a beautiful kitten at the hotel entrance.
The bathroom window was open and we couldn't close it, so bugs easily entered.
