Nice villas not far away from the main road. There is a pool and rooms are quite big with clean bathrooms.
There was an issue with hot water. After one longer shower I had to wait until the next day to have hot water again. Also, the wifi isn't very reliable.

The rooms, the setting, and the breakfast were good.
On several occasions, Putu, who is the receptionist, lied to us about the price of scooter rentals and booking a taxi. Firstly, she told us the scooter price was 100k but when it came time to pay, the price was different from what she had announced. For our departure, we wanted to order a taxi to take us to the port, so we asked her for the price. She said it was 100k but when it was time to pay the driver, she asked for 200k. We called Putu because we didn't understand as she had told us a completely different price. She explained that she had indeed informed us of this new price. The issue is not about paying more but that it was dishonest of her to put us in this situation and make us look like liars!

The rooms were nice, and the staff was friendly and sweet.
It could use a bit of renovation. It doesn't take much to fix loose tiles and clean the moss from the pool.

All recommendations for this place! The staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Putu, who is such a kind, warm, and wonderful. She made our stay even more memorable ❤️ I would also like to praise De Vindra Resort. Since it has the same owner, we spent a lot of time there, enjoying the restaurant and the pool, and everyone treated us exceptionally well. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nusa Penida!
