Super clean, very good mattresses, bunk bed for children, pool very good for cooling down, daily cleaning, short walks to the lively zone, but still in the green with good Warungs in the area. Excursions and transport were organized very well by the owners at a reasonable price for us.
We found Ubud in general too busy, but this is not the fault of the accommodation.

This is a lovely villa nestled in the rice fields. It is absolutely gorgeous with modern facilities. The villa was incredibly clean. Location is also great, it's a short distance to the city centre. Maria was very helpful and supported us with our luggage as cars are not able to get to the villa, so she offered scooters to take our luggage. I would highly recommend the villa for families with children. After sightseeing, the children enjoyed their time in the swimming pool and watching fireflies in the rice field at night.

The staff who collected us to transfer us to the villa were very friendly and helpful and also kept the villa clean and replenished with fresh towels and bed making, etc.
It was a bit of a windy walk to get from the villa to the main road but there were some nice massage places and cafes along the way.
