Friendly staff, spacious room, good value for money.
The small dog barks all day, it has a very high-pitched bark that is very frustrating. There are also chickens next to your room, waking you up at 5:00 am with the rooster. Currently, there are very loud construction works going on, but they obviously have no influence on it.

The place is located within a family property, while on a busy road, the room is at the back and it's very quiet. The family was very welcoming and friendly, my daughter and I loved the place, and it was one of our favorites in Ubud. The room was clean and comfortable, great shower - although it's a strong spray so make sure you take the head off first before turning it on! The family was able to meet many of our requests, and did so happily. We were provided with fresh water and tea. We hired a motorbike from the family during our stay, which I think is essential for exploring Ubud. The grandfather is also a driver for longer trips.
Cannot find any challenges, only a positive experience.

I have been to Ubud twice and both times I stayed at this place. It is a very well-maintained family business, the room is very clean and spacious. Everyone living there is very friendly and polite, always smiling and asking how your day was. In addition to being able to rest peacefully, you can ask for a massage at a very reasonable price. Right next door, there is a very affordable laundry service, and on the same street, there are several restaurants with local food and very good fresh juices. 100% recommended if you are looking for tranquility and rest. I will return on my next visit to Ubud without hesitation.

Very pleasant and good hosts. They take care, prepare coffee and tea. Spacious room, you can spend time on the outdoor veranda. Clean, comfortable. There is a water cooler, kettle. If you need anything, you can always ask the hosts!
It would be good to update the mattress.
