“Horrible. The worst of Bali”
HORRIBLE
Dirty. Really dirty. Insects come in. No hot water. Isolated place. Horrible road. Non-existent staff. We had booked two nights and left after the first.

We stayed for 7 nights in villa no. 6. The villa is spacious, nicely furnished, and overall very pleasant. The bed is large and comfortable, and the duvet is warm enough, which we especially appreciated during the colder nights in Kintamani. In the fridge, we had some eggs, water, and instant noodles for free, which was very nice. The biggest plus is definitely the view. It was because of it that we decided to stay for 7 nights, and we must say it was beautiful and managed to compensate for many shortcomings. If you are looking for accommodation mainly for the view, this place has a truly beautiful one.
The road to the accommodation is quite rough, so getting here can be a bit challenging. According to us, the villa has very little equipment. For example, we had to buy a dish sponge ourselves to wash the dishes. The rooms were not cleaned during our 7-day stay, and there was nothing available in the villa to help us maintain order. Therefore, after about three days, the stay started to be less comfortable for this reason. We had to repeatedly ask for clean towels via WhatsApp. Another downside was the disruptive noises during the night, which disturbed our sleep several times. However, the biggest problem for us was the hot water. In the shower, hot water flowed only for a very short time and then it was cold. There are also tubs on the terrace that we wanted to fill, but only cold water flowed into them. In warmer weather, this might not have bothered us, but Kintamani is noticeably colder, and we wanted to enjoy a warm bath after cold days. Unfortunately, it was not possible. Cleanliness was also not at the level we expected. Upon arrival, we noticed a dirty floor, curtains, and drapes. Additionally, we waited for about 10 minutes upon arrival for our villa to be ready for check-in, but even then, it did not seem thoroughly cleaned - it was more of a quick clean.

Very nice cottage with a wonderful view. Magical view upstairs! Nice helpful staff who drove us and picked us up.
Desirable to have soap at the toilet, more towels, a little more to eat.
