The food was good, the hot springs were hot and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the property has some great features that make the stay enjoyable.
Flies: There were quite a lot of flies around. Installing eco-friendly insect catchers could help improve the situation significantly. Noise at night: Sleeping overnight in a tent was challenging due to the noise from trucks, jeeps, and other vehicles passing by around 3 AM. The road is only about 10 meters from the tents, so there is virtually no sound insulation. The property provided earplugs, but unfortunately, they did not help much. Reception staff: The reception staff was arrogant and lacked the skills to handle misunderstandings professionally. The way they communicated during disagreements was way too disrespectful, which negatively affected the overall experience. Toilets: The toilets had an unpleasant smell of both feces and heavy oil-based fresh paint, making them uncomfortable to use.
