“Fantastic host, lovely accommodation.”
The location was perfect, it was only a few minutes walk from the ferry port, close enough to the main strip where getting food or to a beach was easy by walking, but far enough away to not be disturbed by music. You can rent a bike and snorkel there, and they help with laundry services and boat trips. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, and they even have a very sweet house cat. Definity recommend.
Nothing the hotel can do about it, but it is very close to the mosque, earplugs are a must!

The staff were so helpful and the room was lovely and comfortable. I left my airpods behind and the staff spent over a week trying to find out how to send them back to me. So kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out.

I lived in this place twice, price, ratio, quality. Clean rooms, clean bed linen, new air conditioners. The staff deserves special attention, very kind, always ready to help, very comfortable. When I was leaving, I accidentally threw my gold chain with a cross into the trash can, which was located on the hotel grounds. When I was having breakfast, I saw that the garbage had been collected and taken outside the hotel. I realized that I accidentally threw the chain wrapped in paper already on the boat when I was sailing to Bali, I wrote to the guys through booking, but there was little hope that they would find it, as the garbage had already been taken out. But they found it and after 10 days I returned and they returned it to me!!! The best memories of this place. At the hotel, water and beer are cheaper than in the store on the first line. And there is a cool black cat that sometimes came to visit. I don't understand negative reviews. 7 minutes walk to the beach, I was without a bike. And near the port, the most delicious freshly squeezed juice, without water and sugar. If I come to Gili, I will definitely return to this place! Comfortable bed and pillows, asked for a blanket and they provided it to me! Guys thank you very much!!!!
Everything was great, they even treated us to Lombok coffee in the morning, which was very nice
