Our stay at Dandanku Villa was amazing! The villa is spacious, clean, and the AC was cold as we requested. Housekeeping came every day to clean the villa, which was a great plus. The location is also very strategic and convenient. Ms. Indri, our host, was incredibly responsive, kind, and friendly. Every request we had was handled quickly, which is something we really appreciated. Highly recommended for staying with family or friends. Thank you, Ms. Indri and team :)

“I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it .”
The property was big with plenty of room .
The steps are too steep . The pool had leaves in it every day and too hard for people with diabilitied to get in and out of . We had no tv for the week and only 2 had wifi The housekeeper would come everyday for 4 hours but nothing was done . Beds weren’t made, bathrooms not cleaned , floors not swept and washing up done in Cold water with no soap . She spent more time on her phone than doing any work . Also it is too far away from anywhere and there is no shops or food near by . Also pool has no fence not very safe for children

Villa space was perfect for 10 person. Location is convenient and great. They were great in accommodating the needs of our early checkin. Check in was easy.
Unfortunately, these are some areas they still need to improve: 1. Cleanliness - stained bedsheets, spider webs found as if the room has not been cleaned for ages. Found opened facial cleanser in one of the rooms toilet. Alot of ants in the toilet sink area. Requested for cleaning and change of bedsheet again, they did sweep the whole area and thats was all. Sofa looks dirty looks like need deep cleansing as well. 2. Wifi - Out of 10 pax, only one of us could connect to the wifi. The rest of us could not even locate the wifi and when we raise this issue, it was just mentioned that service provider said everything was fine. We had to even tried to troubleshoot on our own ie on and off wifi router however to no avail. We stayed for four nights and we just got tired of asking for resolutions. 3. Faulty Items - Shower head was faulty, shower door in one of the rooms were stuck in the first day afterwards it was okay not sure what did they do. 4. Late check out option offered in exchange for good review. Overall it could have done better if they had listen to our feedback on the first day and act on it.
