Highly positive — hosts described as exceptional and very welcoming ("Außergewöhnliche Gastgeber", "SUPER ACCEUIL, un jeune couple adorable").
Very positive view-wise (incredible views of Mount Agung and Mount Batur) but noted proximity to a main road with some traffic noise that was partly masked by pool sounds.
Mixed/negative — guests note the property is "vieillot" and in need of refurbishment and better maintenance; high potential but rooms need refreshing.
Positive — private pool for each room highlighted; pool facilities valued though the pool pump noise was mentioned as an issue at night.

Exceptional hosts. If you're not in the Bali vibe here, there's no hope for you!
Close to a main road. However, since we let the pool pump run overnight, the water splashing covered the traffic noise quite well.

GREAT WELCOME, an adorable young couple. Incredible view of Mount AGGUNG and Mount Batur. Private pool for each room.
An establishment that could use a serious refresh and maintenance. Outdated, a shame, the potential is huge.

Super sweet owners of the villas. If you asked for something, they were immediately available for you.
Only the bathroom could be a bit more hygienic but fine to use.

They are super friendly and helped us with everything! The pool is private for each room with beautiful views, it's a pleasure to wake up like this. They served us breakfast by the pool.
