It was not exactly the structure I was hoping for especially for the price, it was a room above the host's house, not very clean, there were stains on the floor, very basic as they say, maybe if it was a hostel it would have been acceptable, but the worst was yet to come, we were without water for half of the days of our stay (out of a total of 6), they told us there was no water on the island but all the facilities, spas, and private houses had water, all ready with at least wells and the facilities had water tanks, they offered us an impossible to lift or move water jug, and a small pot to shower, totally unacceptable for the 319€ we paid, without water even for the toilet, truly a nightmare and without offering any other solution.
