The standing of the house, the location, the calmness, the availability, and the kindness of all the staff. Possibility to have meals delivered to the house which are good and a great warung with fresh products just 20 minutes away, with a superb decor

The accommodation is truly exceptional, with a magnificent view of Mount Agung from the Roof Top. The rooms are very comfortable with functional air conditioners. The pool and additional services (breakfast and massages) met our expectations. The house staff is friendly, attentive, and very cheerful

“Amazing value for money and excellent service”
Altogether we had a great time here. The location is right by the sea/a short beach. You can hear the waves all day, which I love. The house is excellent. Every room is really big, clean, and has excellent air conditioning. The view is amazing, both of the volcano and the beach. You can see the sunrise out of the ocean each morning. The service is amazing. From 7 in the morning until 7 in the evening, there are 1 or 2 people there to help you in any way they can. The breakfast included in the price was also very good. It was very easy to rent a scooter and have food delivered to the house or go out to eat. There are several good restaurants in the area
Not much really. I know I should put something in here. So I guess it is little things like some doors not locking to the outside. Some noise from the wind in the evening and one of the rooms has a funny smell. But otherwise, we were very impressed with the overall experience
