“We are forced to change hotels.”
We booked a room with a double bed or twin beds with a window with a city view. When we arrived at night, we were given a room WITHOUT a window with 1 bed and 1 dirty mattress on the floor. The man present claimed that this corresponded to the description on booking, which was not true. He kept lying blatantly and offered us the room we booked after some time at an additional cost. Outrageous. First, check in real life which room you get, booking a room online in advance is not reliable.
