Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking and access to hotel is good.
Old and tired building and furniture. Cleaning needs more attention and sheets and pillows were old and discoloured. Pillows need replacing and have dust mite and sweat protection.

The (closer) location in relation to the airport and visiting family
Very large and formerly luxurious hotel, but its accessibility is a lot less and there are few warungs / eateries nearby.

It was nice and quiet, not too busy.
The carpet is quite damp and dusty. Not much to do on the premises.
