“Siji Nayan Villa 1”
House was secure, clean, comfortable and homely. It really felt like a home. Thoughtful touches like provided toothpaste and toothbrush, slip-on shoes, umbrellas, tea, coffee, etc. Good quality AC throughout. Netflix account available for use. Pool and outdoor area were lovely. Large wheeled bin available outside for rubbish removal. Daily housekeeping services offered, but able to decline. All bedrooms had locks with keys.
Lounge was very uncomfortable, very saggy, very low. Bathrooms very small, only 15L hot water per shower ran out quickly. Rooms were on the smaller side, there wasn't really anywhere to put large luggage. Very poor soundproofing between units. Guests next door were extremely noisy and the separating walls and doors did not seem to help block the noise. Location was a little inconvenient, 40-minute drive to the center of Jogja. Not a lot of options for restaurants/cafes within walking distance.
