“Great stay!!”
Staff were super friendly. Loved the location. The room was clean and super spacious. Lots of storage and a desk to work on. Also Netflix!!! Great aircon. GREAT big bed. Beautiful pool.
Just that the bathroom was a bit old… shower drain seems quite clogged so you have to stand in a pool of your shower water for a bit.. When this happened a faint smell of sewage began to waft… The shower head also cannot be moved so it sprays the toilet next to it. The sink tap also sprays quite strong and in multiple streams. But for this price and the quality and location and the lovely staff, it didn’t bother me too much :) overall it is still a great place

Unbearable smell throughout our rooms bathrooms still had rubbish from previous guests, unclean. The kitchen was in a bad state, also very unclean and especially not safe for children or hygienic. It was so bad we couldn't stay, our hosts agreed it was unacceptable and said they would cooperate with a refund though so far they haven't and are difficult to deal with. Do not stay here. I have seen your response and you do not take cleanliness seriously, nor do you respect agreements - we are still waiting for your cooperation re a refund and are yet to receive it.

When I arrived to check in I was told to wait until the staff member had finished playing FIFA on his phone… he didn’t pause it at half time but kept playing telling me to wait.
