The villa is great, and the owners are very nice and attentive. The surroundings are wonderful. Breakfast is included (juice, fruit, a main dish that can be Indonesian, continental, or American, as well as coffee or tea and pastries). Nearby, there are several Warungs that are truly good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and pool area are well maintained, clean, secure, and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting Ubud and its surroundings, located within the rice fields but close enough to the main road for easy transfers. A short walk away are two excellent restaurants where you can have a great lunch or dinner. The included breakfast was awesome too. All in all, a great experience and excellent value for money, thanks to the authentic care of the hosts Blackie and Kadek.
Not the fault of the owners, but there was construction work ongoing behind the property (we saw this happen a lot during our trip in Bali). There was no real noise to speak of so it didn't bother us much, but the view of the rice terraces from the pool as seen in the property pictures does not exist anymore unfortunately.

It was very beautiful and hygienic, the bathroom was really top!
The location is a bit less favorable, delivery drivers prefer not to come because it is a bit out of the way

Very thoughtful, with little details in this family-owned BnB, so everything is very personalized
Its location can be a double-edged sword for those who don't have their own transportation, since it's a bit far (20 mins by bike) from Ubud.
