The staff is excellent. When I arrived, I complained about the very noisy room with windows facing the street, and they immediately moved me to a room without windows. The walls of the room do not isolate the noises, so you need luck with the neighbors in the room next door. On the last night, a man was talking very loudly on the phone at 5 in the morning. The bed is comfortable, and the hotel structure is very good. In the shower, sometimes the water was hot, sometimes not, I don't know why.
