Guests report problems with flies and lack of pest control; cleanliness impacted by insects and no fly-repellent provided.
Positive service example: manager allowed a guest to shower after check-out; staff responsiveness seen as a strong point.
Located near local plantations which guests note causes more flies; otherwise location not specifically praised or criticized.
Guests praised the room itself (comfortable/liked), though there are noise issues from a loud fountain and a noisy fan and no air conditioning in some rooms.
Some positive amenities (small hot pool) but notable misses: no air conditioning in rooms, no hot water for showers in some cases, and no products to handle flies.

Mixed experience: strong service and liked rooms/hot pool balance against pest issues and noise; overall impression leans positive due to helpful staff and room comfort.

The room
The fountain is very loud, difficult to sleep. The fan is also loud a bit, conditioners would be the best option.
