Only the location was somewhat good and the staff were attentive.
The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, it seems like an abandoned hotel, the bathroom in the room flooded when taking a shower, the hot shower did not work, and the room floors were all loose.

Well located. It was very clean and there was hot water! (Which is not common for all accommodations) We read bad reviews about the noise but honestly, apart from a rooster that sang for 20 minutes in the morning, it was very quiet. From our experience, I recommend it 100%. The staff is very kind.

Not much, just that the staff was nice, nothing else to say.
We paid for a breakfast included, upon arrival we were told there was no breakfast, then they told us if we wanted to cancel they would refund us... Considering we had made a long journey to get to Gili, we couldn't get a refund because we were tired.
