The place is beautiful, a bit far from the ports and restaurants
Being a remote place, we had numerous visits from monkeys, which is understandable but not pleasant

Epic house. Great view. All clean
Charged us 1,200,000 for 2 cars to go to Diamond Beach which is 500 meters away and a 1-minute drive. We waited almost 2 hours for the car. Not allowing us to cancel. Kept telling us it's 20 min away but we wasted our precious time waiting for nothing. In the end, only had 30 min to spend there because it's raining. My local friend nearby who could come in 10 min only needs 500,000 for 2 cars. We asked for blankets at 9 pm for kids and were told their staff worked until 3 pm only and will reply the next day when we'd check out early in the morning. Worst experience for such a price level. Not professional or honest at all. I live in Bali 7 years already and work with tourists myself. This is not ok.

The facilities are awesome. but there are monkeys outside. The rooms are outside the house and have to be locked to prevent monkeys from entering. It's quite uncomfortable.
