The facilities, cleanliness of the place, the privacy in the pool area, and the activities offered by Budi who takes care of everything (meals prepared on-site by a chef, villa massages, transfers...)
The location in front of a construction site or a place where construction/parts fabrication generates noise all day.

The breakfast service provided by the chef is very rich; the room is spacious with a view of the pool; the butler's messages are almost read and replied to instantly, quick problem-solving; the accommodation is a bit far from the city center, high privacy, recommend renting a scooter or taking a car for outings
No toothbrush/toothpaste or other toiletries provided; breakfast is charged separately; only one cup (not a whole coconut) of welcome coconut water, no fruits/snacks/cookies
