Nice staff, possibility to use the kitchen, pool, comfortable bed.
Difficult access road, noise (frogs making noise all night), ants in the room, scorpion under the shower, lack of staff at night.

Top-notch staff And rather clean place
We did not get the panoramic room as expected! The one we were given had a leak The location is quite far The doors close very poorly... And the pool is not necessarily clean (leaves from trees...) But the staff was always there to find a solution

I didn't like any part of this trip. It was the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life. I arrived with ants and other bugs inside the room. I also noticed the air conditioning not working, the outside bathroom completely filthy. The front door was extremely difficult to lock, and the lack of privacy is extremely disgusting. I demand a refund as I walked in and left my room within 2 to 3 hours. I did not stay at the property overnight and had to find other accommodation, which left me out of pocket. I request a refund immediately. I will take further action as necessary to ensure that this request is completed. Call me on 023537693 Melbourne Victoria email address ([email protected])

On-site staff was very friendly and helpful.
Day 1, toilet not working. Day 2, water supply not working at all. Paid a lot of money for a relatively poor stay. Received very poor compensation. Contact with the manager via WhatsApp was disastrous. Very poor price-quality ratio
