“An absolute nightmare—unbearable heat, poor service, and a complete waste of money.”
This is my first time writing a negative review, but this was by far my worst experience in Bali. I booked 4 nights for around $600, but the villa was unbearably hot because the AC wasn’t cooling at all. Maintenance only cleaned the filters, but the units were clearly old and not working properly. I couldn’t even stay for 2 hours and had to book another place. Despite this, they refused to cancel or refund my booking, responded rudely, and kept saying they were waiting for management. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
