“My dream of Raja Ampat was stolen and shattered. Booking's customer service is shameful.”
The food is just rice and tasteless vegetables. The staff is unwelcoming. They only talk to you to ask for money. And the worst part is that the host told us it was a fake listing. However, it's his real phone number. We had to wait five hours for him to pick us up and pay him in cash on the spot. I sent all the evidence to Booking and I'm still waiting for my refund. I've only received one message from them in five days. It's a disgrace.
