“Dreamlike villa with beautiful garden”
The villa with the great garden and the huge communal pool were incredibly great. In the afternoons, a small group of monkeys usually came to visit. It was nice to watch. They were all very peaceful and didn't steal anything from us. In the villa, there is a water dispenser with drinking water. There is a huge fridge with a separate freezer compartment. Massages, pedicures, manicures, etc. can be booked at the villa. The ladies are very spontaneous and affordable. The upper bedroom has a sea view, a dream in the morning when waking up.
The accommodation is too far to walk to everything. We always ordered a Gojek to go somewhere. Small tip: Buy everything necessary on the way to the accommodation before arrival.

“Disappointed about the condition of the place.”
The staff Rani and her husband are so amazing! They were really nice and helpful. But the owners should not put up images like they did on Booking dot com because the actual place does not look as new as the images. The bed upstairs was comfortable but the bed on the bottom floor was okay, not as comfortable as the top floor. The bedrooms are on two different levels. The top floor has a queen-size bed and the bottom floor has two single beds.
We were disappointed because the photographs on Booking dot com don't show the condition of the place. The plunge pool is tiny and looks like it needs a thorough cleaning. The kitchen needs an upgrade. The owners should really do some major work in this place. The bathroom on the top floor was super gross. The bathtub looked really nasty and the shower was in the tub. It was a large tub but very nasty. We did not take pictures of the grossness. The shower was fine but one cannot use toilet paper in the commode! That was truly unexpected!!

The pictures on Booking dot com are far better than what we experienced. The place was clean but old and stained. The staff Rani and her husband are so amazing! They were really nice and helpful. But the owners should not put up images like they did on Booking dot com because the actual place does not look as new as the images. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good but one cannot use toilet paper in the commode! That was truly unexpected!! We love the room size and the main pool. The main pool was clean. There was a common kitchen but we would not use it. It was gross. The pots need an upgrade. It truly needs an upgrade. It is not walkable to the beach. It's a hilly area and you cannot walk on the road. You will be walking on a narrow road with the traffic right next to you. If you want Starbucks, you could call Grab but it will take 45 minutes for delivery. The coffee would be cold and we wouldn't use the microwave in the shared kitchen space. But it's a ten-minute Grab ride to Pepito where you can get groceries...
We felt deceived by the images on Booking dot com. I had booked a villa and this room. The place really needs a huge renovation or clean up - although the staff do keep the place clean, it looks like it needs a thorough cleaning. The fish pond is gross. It is very dated. With a thorough clean up and some renovation, this place could be really beautiful to come to. The staff is really wonderful but the owners should really do some major cleaning, renovation, and updates. They do have small dogs coming onto the property from the neighbors. They don't disturb but good to know.
