Very disappointing experience. The main problem was the extremely loud noise from the construction works coming from the neighboring property of the hotel. About 70dcb IN the room. The noise was very intense every day from 8 am to 5 pm, making it almost impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. It was impossible to rest properly in the room, and even spending time by the pool was unpleasant due to the constant and extremely loud noise. We came to Bali to relax, but we ended up having to endure the noise of the works for most of the day. What is even more disappointing is that we were not informed about these works before making the reservation. This is information that should have been clearly communicated to customers before they decide to book or not. We also contacted the establishment about this situation, but no compensation was offered or granted to us. We understand that the works may not be directly dependent on the hotel, but it should inform its customers in advance and take responsibility for the impact it has on their stay. The room was okay, but unfortunately, the extremely loud noise from 8 am to 5 pm completely ruined our ability to rest and enjoy the hotel's facilities. I highly recommend checking the current situation of the works before booking.

“It was great, very clean and beautiful setting”
It was a superb hotel, very clean, with a beautiful shared kitchen. The pool was beautiful and the staff very kind! The room was beautiful, brand new and very clean with air conditioning, exceptional bed. Thanks again
