“Bad Experience.”
The staff are good. The location is ok.
The hotel must be broken down and rebuilt. Almost nothing is right about it. The walls are dirty. The bedsheets and the pillows are torn out. The breakfast options are limited and mostly local food. I asked for an extra blanket and they told me they were fully booked and out of blankets. I asked for an extra pillow and they told me that I had to pay 25k per night for each extra pillow. The door of the bathroom got locked twice and I had to call the reception to fix it. My son got sick and threw up on the blanket, they charged me 100k to clean that. I travel a lot and I have not experienced anything like that. So I had to shorten my stay and check out
