toilet soaking to the floor, not fixed even after urgency, smelly, not clean pool, no option to solve our problems during stay, asking to pay already paid thing and accusing we didnt pay because someone from the staff was not informed by other one

El lugar era muy bonito
La ducha estaba completamente taponada y cada vez que te duchabas se llenaba de agua la habitación. El personal no hablaba ingles y era complicado preguntar por cualquier cosa, no tienen restaurante y está lejos de la ciudad. Además, aunque aparezca que tiene gimnasio, se paga a parte y son 40.000 rupias al día.

Je suis restée coincé à l’extérieur alors que j’avais prévenu le personnel que je rentrerais plus tard, j’ai été obligé de dormir chez une amie !! Aucun moyen de contact, une sonnerie et un numéro de téléphone inutile ! Je ne comprends pas qu’un hôtel touristique comme celui ci possède un couvre feu. Douche bouchée et cassée Un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 jours alors qu’il avait été demandé Pas de ménage On ne m’a rien expliqué à l’arrivée pour aucun équipement Pas de volets Chambre en mauvais état Pas de shampoing ni de gel douche Pas de bouteille d’eau Personnel inexistant, j’ai attendu plus de 20 min pour le Check out sans que personne n’arrive
