The pool and breakfast are top-notch. Very clean, excellent quality bed linens and towels. Responsive staff, everything was well managed following an issue with our reservation
A bit far, but the city center can be easily reached on foot in 10/15 minutes

What an amazing place. The view from my balcony was second to none. The staff remembered you and bent over backwards to accommodate you. I have health problems, the stairs were difficult for me. They offered full assistance in this case. There was a stairway leading to the beach. There was a great pool with poolside service. I was offered a lower room with a pool at no extra cost because I had difficulty walking. Value for money, I think I would rate it 150 out of 10. So worth it. Definitely a place to revisit
The cleanliness, the view, the location, and I know it's normal for staff in Indonesia to be helpful, the staff here must be trained. They are thinking all the time how to make your stay better. Whoever is running this hotel, well done, the hotel and your staff are a credit to you

Price-value wise, this was one of our best stays during our holidays in Bali and Lombok. The location was beautiful, the room and beds very comfortable, staff were great (special mention to Piu Tu for being so nice to my wife all week long), air conditioning was ice cold, nice and varied breakfast options, very secure (24/7 guards, though I can't imagine it being unsafe in this neighborhood even without them). Clear recommendation for the Senggigi area
The island climate with its heat and humidity makes it almost impossible for any building here to remain spotless, so some paint chips and cracked wood here and there are present. Hardly something we noticed, and nothing that bothered us in the slightest

The resort was perfect, exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and always smiling. The location was also very good, the city could also be reached on foot
