there wasn't any safety nor privacy as the front door can't be locked and people outside can still see inside easily, there were baby fish swimming in the green pool, bathroom didn't have water hose, and there is no access road to the location.

The villa itself is super comfortable and very beautiful. The staff is wonderful
The only downside I would mention is that the pool is natural, not treated with chlorine. And being the area it is in, it's a bit intimidating to use it
