The exterior appearance.
It was very dirty, when we entered the room the bathroom was full of urine stains, it was not clean. The bed had stains, the floor was dirty... the staff hardly even looked at us when we arrived and left. A total disappointment. It doesn't do justice to what it is with the photos.

The room was good and clean, value for money but the absolute rude woman above stomping around like an elephant past 11pm at night. I booked for 3 nights and left after one 😡
The disrespectful person above with no respect for anyone trying to sleep

My bags were left in an unlocked room on the day of check-in and outside by reception when I checked out. Staff did not go through check-in with me at all. Room was not cleaned and towel was not changed at all while I was there, I had to ask for toilet paper
