Large area with a great pool. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Isolated location, requires a scooter or Grab. Uphill location makes walking tough. Upstairs bedroom air conditioning is just adequate, possibly needs some window ventilation. Not quiet due to dog neighbors and traffic noise. Stayed in a quieter area of Sanur later in the trip.

The villa was great, had everything we needed, and the villa staff were awesome
I feel that the chairs and couches need thicker foam to be comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Quiet location with few barking dogs and almost no traffic. Yet, you can reach the main road/Warung/mart on a scooter in 2 minutes, Pepito in 5 minutes. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning! Plenty of space, downstairs living room with sofa, table, chairs, TV, small fridge, bedroom, and bathroom. Upstairs, a large bedroom with desk, lounge area, large TV, balcony, and bathroom. Outside kitchen, large covered dining table (with space for scooters), sunbed, and shared pool with another house for 2 people. The property is not modern, more of an old-fashioned Balinese style, and locals live around the house. Definitely worth the price. Overall, we would have liked to stay longer!
